Something unusual is unfolding in hospitals worldwide....
Doctors are quietly describing what some call a “Non-Infectious Pandemic” — a Surge in Aggressive Cancers striking much younger people.
Cancers once seen mainly in the elderly — Colon, Ovarian and more — are appearing in 30, 40 year-olds and even in children as young as 8, 10 and 11.
These aren’t classic genetic cases, doctors say. Many appear out of nowhere.
As one clinician put it: We had a pandemic of infectious disease. Now we’re facing a pandemic of non-infectious ones.
The question few dare to ask is: What changed?...
