I use to think that too ... but then considered it a little more 🤔 I think it's More Nefarious then That.
Healthy people are usually Happy People and they spend $$$ on all sorts of things, and continue to be Healthy!
But ... the Enemy doesn't get 'satisfaction' from people being HAPPY! or Healthy!
The '🐍💩 god of this world' workers of 🚽 Inequity 'want people 'miserable' and 'suffering', so they devise things to Harm, Make them sick, and Unhealthy using 'Unhealthy food, pills, vax, pollute the air (chemtrails), water and do other things to ruin people's Lives.

They achieved their goal, which is only revenue enhancement. Cancer is a healing process. It cannot be cured because it is beneficial. It is biopsies and treatment that causes problems.
