True, good water is tricky. City water usually has
many things other than water. I use catchwater, a sawyer filter and a copper cup.

Well, for cooking, for coffee and tea, and for brushing my teeth, I use tap water, which is supposedly quite good, but I only drink mineral water from the Black Forest.
