When the Haiti earthquake happened, they knew they were about to make a fortune and called it, "A GOLDMINE opportunity."
Not to help people, but to exploit the situation, control which NGOs get to participate in the disaster, even if they're not qualified, but depending on their connection to the Clintons in general to all make a literal fortune and exploit our taxpayer funded organization known as USAID.
It becomes even darker when you understand the other side of exploiting these disasters which comes in the form of child trafficking.
