Lee is misstating the problem. CONTRAILS are perfectly normal. These are condensation trails left by jet engines at high altitude which quickly disappear.
CHEMTRAILS are the nasty and toxic substances emitted by gear installed on an aircraft that remain in the sky. Theses DO NOT disappear but spread into vast aerosols and are excited by High RF energy from cell towers and HAARP sites that super heat the atmosphere creating weather anomalies.
