I recently did research on the cost of diabetes treatment. It is astronomical! The equipment and medicines themselves cost people thousands of dollars! Not to mention the cost of doctor's visits, specialists; God forbid you need an operation on your legs, or your eyes start going.

One of the things I specialize in in my health coaching is working with people that are pre diabetic. So far, every client I have worked with has balanced their blood sugar and are now out of the danger zone. They just changed their lifestyle.

That's fantastic! Type 2 is more a symptom of poor health habits. It used to be called "sugar sickness" back a century or two ago. How do you help those with Type 1?

Absolutely! Do you follow Dr. Joe Dispenza and his work? He has actually taken brain scans of patients before his meditation seminars and after. It’s astounding to see the difference! It has always been about mind over matter, but it is amazing to see the scientific evidence
