I am guessing the military is running the government since we are experiencing an invasion of illegals, and terrorists, we are in a continuity of government situation, under a declared national emergency and under military justice so the treasonous traitors can be permanently removed. Most likely the Law of War manual is the present law of the land. Just a guess. 😉
