Even if the arsonist started the fires he's not the one that shut the water off. Every house in the area that burned had water running to their homes, they didn't all just stop because a fire started somebody would have shut the water off. The water that flows to the homes runs through the same pipes that flow to the fire hydrants.

The fire's up there were a planned event even the arsonist was part of the plan it was all timed so whoever did this is responsible for the fire which is not done by just one person.

The majority of them yes I believe so. There are a lot of fire started by lightning strikes but the fact that they don't allow clear cutting of the trees which create fire breaks is why these wildfires spread so rapidly.
Bill Clinton pass the no clear cutting act which caused lumber prices to double overnight which pretty much broke me during a construction project.
Lumber prices are still ridiculously high and instead of allowing the timber industry do their job and make America great again they restrain them and allow these forests to burn up and all that lumber goes to waste.
Bottom line in regards to these wildfires it's to burn everybody out of the rural areas and have them all condensed into smart cities.
When the government's move the people out from the rural areas by burning them out then they have access to mine the minerals out of them.
