Sciatica is finally starting to ease up a bit, but not much. I'm able to be on my feet a little longer today. Pain is still there, but not as bad. When I get done with my chores, I'm sure it will be back in full force. It will soon be a month. I'm praying the worst is over and things look up from here. Thank you for your prayers. Please continue to pray for healing for me.

Sciatica is such intense pain. I had a bout of it a couple of years ago. The thing that helped me the most was stretching exercises and being mindful of my posture. Standing with a straight shoulders back posture. Also I got relief at night sleeping in a "pod" I made with pillows and a triangle shaped support that kept my back elevated. Then with pillows under my knees. Also rubbing/massaging the lower back and the Sciatica area of the buttocks with castor oil might be helpful. Squat to pick up things, avoid bending over too. On-line you can find the exercises. I like "Brad and Bob the PT guys." Prayers for your continued improvement. 😇🙏

I've done pretty much every stretching exercise I can find on Youtube. I'm using heat and ice. Blue emu, frankincense oil, Dmso, Voltaren, Absorbine Jr, CBD cream, everything I can find to help. This pain is just horrible!

Do try castor oil, it is very effective because it is absorbed deeply into the tissues. Buy a good quality organic castor oil, not the WalMart type. I purchase mine from a health type store. Yes heat is essential to relax the nerve. Sleeping with the knees supported really helps as well. Castor oil rubbed into sore joint like knees is very effective as well. 😇
