It has come to the point I can no longer handle this pain. I'm taking the pain medicine the GP gave me. Not sure what I'll do when it runs out because he told me he can't refill it. I have some CBD oil coming, hope that gets me through till I see the pain Dr again. Pray for me please. Sciatica is no joke.

I am so sorry! I’ve been where you are – for 15 years my pain was excruciating. I found the following – Ryan Peebles – Core balance training. Very small exercises that corrected the cause. I suspect this is caused by the bulging disk in L5. I'm having nerve injections once I finish the series of injections in my neck caused by damage caused by the cardioversion I had in June. This could have waited awhile to flare up. It started two days after my first 8 neck injections. Can't seem to catch a break from nerve pain.
