I see a lot of people already panicking that a Biden-appointed judge is presiding over Comey’s indictments.

This could be a bad thing, or it could be the best scenario possible.

Now if Comey is convicted, the Left cannot claim it’s partisan, because a Biden-appointed judge is overseeing the case.

Obviously we will have to wait and see what happens, and the Biden-appointed judge could try to throw out the case claiming political motivation, but if the charges stick, the Dems/MSM will have a hard time blaming Trump for Comey’s conviction, when one of their own approved the process.

Just food for thought.

Either way, worse details are coming. And that's with evidence too. So Ur right, it could be better if one of their judges does what's right. And obvious if they don't. But it's also helpful to remember these are not merely federal charges to be heard in court, they are treason and crimes against humanity...so military tribunal level crimes. So none of these judges will have the final word. JAG will see these cases. But I Believe it will be in court that those higher charges will be revealed, and that will warrant military tribunal.
