1-2 Organic potatoes
1-2 Tbs of organic olive oil
Organic salt to taste
Cut potatoes into strips
Coat lightly with olive oil
Salt the strips
Place in oven and convect bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes until golden brown.
