When you do "enhanced security measures, including a no-bag policy and additional screening that may result in longer wait times," you make a new target that involves the foolish citizens who believe that Security Theater makes them safe. The effect is the same whether the attack happens inside, outside, before, during, or after the event. No one is safe. Say no to Security Theater.
