People who have not followed the Constitution for decades are suddenly realizing that it provides for emergency powers. When the country has been invaded and its citizens are being killed whether by overdose and poisons or outright violence, a wise leader is not going to look to the people in Congress that allowed this to happen for a plan when he has powers and actions he can take. We also have a movement of both foreign and domestic individuals who are trying to overthrow the country and/or government (insurrection). Some of those in Congress might be involved so that is another reason that option should not be used. Well, I cannot think of one country I could go to and unalive a bunch of its citizens either slowly and covertly or brazenly in the street and then expect due process or any process at all so it seems we are beyond discussion on that point.

Right, but isn't that when a Country is really run by Constitutional Law and not Corporate?
Or when those ruling are really 'For the People', not part of the World Order, who serve and worship the fallen 'god of this world'?
