Someone, somewhere, some group, some agency, some institution is calling the shots, its not these dimwit patsies they keep parading in front of us. Yes Tyler was on the roof. Yes, he had a gun and a screw driver but he did not breakdown the gun on roof and bring it down. There was no evidence of him having a gun when he came down from the roof.
