California Woman Charged With Casting Ballot For Her Dog (Twice) | Not the Bee
California woman Laura Lee Yourex was arrested and charged for registering her dog to vote and casting its ballot.

It's a form of Voter Fraud for someone other than the registered voter to complete a ballot for that voter. This dog may have a right to vote, but the dog must complete the registration and mark the ballot.
