I think this is a thoughtful piece that addresses historical wrongdoing and provides context. My idea has been that the policy by the current admin is to stop the transitioning of UAC who may or may not even understand what is happening to them and who then may be trafficked. It is my hope that people will better inform themselves because it is not a black or white issue.
