Hard to imagine how some don't feel or see the suffering of so many...as well as the compounded difficulty for those like myself who lost provider spouse, jobs/income and have no safety net merely to survive now...some of us into our 60s with no job prospects...they don't even reply to letters or applications filled out...the schools and childcare facilities virtually the only places hiring near me in my hopeless blue state are still mired in the seemingly outdated requirement of a covid vax, no health insurance, 23 yr old car I pray will make it through...family members who have serious hip injuries and don't have adequate insurance coverage so have delayed and in other case forgone surgery that would help them walk without pain and function properly...a daughter who just got engaged but whom I am severely limited in being able to help financially...hard to celebrate much of anything these days....praying on deliverance.
