When the Federal Reserve was enacted we lost our sovereignty and became citizens. I have claims on federal land, but only because I agreed to strict rules and pay yearly fees to the Bureau of land management. They say it's the people's land, but we the people and the land are both collateral for the debt owed. That's the way I understand it anyway.
