That's why they surround themselves with plants and vegetation. Do you know if you put a seed into your mouth before planting it, that seed reads your DNA or makeup, some would say, and whatever deficiency your body is lacking will grow within the plant and provide what your body needs? Hugging a tree, grounding sunlight also so important.

This is a prime example of what I was talking about.
