My interpretation: Bridge currency is coming soon.
Bridge currency allows for nearly-instant cross-border payments, which will save money and time in new financial system.
I don't read much into 10:10 since clock and watch companies use it (or 1:50) times about 90 percent of the time.
Why? Subconsciously, it registers as a smiley face, giving potential buyers customer positive feeling about that clock/watch. (Something I read 45 years ago and have seen 1,000s of examples of ever since)
