You can not go with one line without adding context and history to a law. There are religions that say it is OK to harm others. Please read the 114 day series I did on John Locke's Second Treatise of government. The first priority of any government is to protect personal property. That is your mind, body, soul, life plus property. All religions must line with the purpose of government or is unconstitutional. Only Christianity and the Jewish religion does this.
