Hillary, Schwab, Soros, and the many other evil maggots refer to these extremely gullible and brainwashed supporters as 'useless eaters' and 'useful idiots'. There is always a place for them , until they are no longer needed/useful. Those are the ones that'll show obvious signs of mental health issues after years and years of living with so many delusions and false beliefs.
