That is what I understood, so I think Trumps statement was referring to national wealth from tariffs will benefit all Americans. Perhaps some sort of stimulus money may come to citizens who make less than $150,000 annually to begin stimulating the economy. He mentioned in another video the $150,000 amount. 😇

Knowing human nature, sudden extreme wealth would lead many to self destruct with drugs,alcohol, gambling, and worse. That is why IMO it would need to come in gradual increments like a stimulus debit card, then removal of income tax, then removal of property taxes, then removal of taxes on interest on savings and so forth. Maybe I am crazy, but that to me would make for a smoother transition. 🤷♀️
