Interesting: James Arthur Ray, a Oprah endorsed self-help "guru" who held retreats at Angel Valley Ranch in Arizona died 6 months ago at the age of 67: "suddenly and unexpectedly." No cause of death has been given. Ray was born in Hawaii.
Oprah had invited Ray on her massive daytime show in 2006? and he had landed himself a seven-figure book deal with the publishing arm of Walt Disney Co.

Attendees paid up to $10,000 to participate. The sweat lodge ceremony left 3 people dead. Ray was sentenced to 2 years in prison.
