When I had my coffee shop open I rented out the space and we had to pay property tax for the use of the business. It was so expensive.

Cool looking building, which is off point I know… you should not be paying tax on a property you do not own, even under current conditions, but not paying property tax at all on anything.

The landlord said we had to pay it. I didn't know at the time so I paid it.
