There were a couple things similar as this that has gone on during fake biden's term, that he shouldn't had the authority to do - so this example caught my attention.
All I know is the Enemy steals $$$$ from people calling it taxation and uses it for whatever they want, which usually doesn't benefit us at all, rather steal away more freedoms.
Rem he 'loaned' Kodak $765 mill to start making big pharm drugs
"The U.S. government says it will use the Defense Production Act to help transform a legacy photographic film maker into a producer of pharmaceutical ingredients, , .."
Did anything even come from that.
Gov drugs are Ok when they're the ones making the $$$ - they label it the CARES Act - but it's the opposite, just like the UN-patriot Act
