my brother finally gets buried Tuesday in a military cemetery since he was the disabled son of a disabled ww2 vet.

we spent the weekend deciding what to put on his headstone. Cross, name, DOB, DOD, "Dear Son and brother."

I keep thinking there are no more tears, but more tears come anyway, especially when I look at his picture of being only 16.

I will be so relieved Tuesday getting him in perpetuity resting place buried with Mom and Dad. I cannot thank enough the Veterans that helped us with getting a spot in the military cemetery where my parents are buried as he was disabled before he was age 18, so my brother had a VA case number. So much pain with turbo cancer after the effing vax.

Plus so much trauma with a disabled vet. So much pain. I guess the pain never ends because you can't go back and change anything or fix it?💘😰🙏 But I cannot get even one person to tell me what they think really happens after we die, other than we are Christians and have Christian beliefs.

cm..i haven't seen you on here for awhile...so i was glad to see your name..but not your post...i am so sorry for your loss and the pain you feel.
he will be safe and pain free now...whole.
i pray you find peace in that....and that you will heal. ...you will.
imo...i think when people pass away...we become wispy beautiful spirits....visiting with family and friends who have passed before us. ...its beautiful blue skys...and big fluffy clouds...our pets are there to be with us again...we are smiling, laughing..see the saints that have passed before.
the bible is still taught..there is singing of hymns..
being in awe of god almighty himself.
