2.) PG here, As men would say when swearing in to give testimony. I swear before Almighty God to tell the whole truth and nothing but the truth. An Atheist and those without God can not do or say this. It is impossible without God that is why men say, "So help me God". Evil men and women belittled the swearing in process in the courts of law. They can not bring justice. The evilest men took control: "The truth doesn't matter the best liar is what matters."
PG here, 2.) The "Whole Truth" comes with God who is the truth. You do not guess, or make things up, you do not go by what you see or hear, but listening with your inner eyes and ears what the Holy Spirit is saying. It takes self discipline and training for this skill and ability to developed and be perfected. Very few people have have it because it take hours alone seeking God for answers. Most people are forced to seek fake fiat paper counterfeit money, (property taxes enslave everyone,) as slaves to the system their entire lives.
