Pay good, with benefits as now
No benefits beyond the tenure

4 years, last year Is spent training replacement (shadowed and given formal training on orocedures)
No lobbyists allowed
Civillian job must be kept open (temporary replacement)
Accommodation provided
When over, they return to being normal citizens
This would prevent the alliance of evil from selecting candidates and corrupting them.
Those that want the job, shoukd not be selected... polygraph with Sodium Pentathol administered at selection, backups available.
