-SPYING on America
-STEALING our technology and financial policies through economic espionage and theft of trade secrets
-HARASSING, STALKING and INTIMIDATING people living in our great country as part of transnational repression
-STEALING U.S. Government classified and national defense information that puts us ALL at risk
-PROLIFERATING export-controlled technology that is used by our adversaries to build better missiles, drones and bombs
-EVADING sanctions and helping our adversaries raise money to continue to harm our national security
-SMUGGLING biological pathogens that put our health and our agriculture at risk
