who serve alongside them.
😻 The U.S. Secret Service has approx 30 K-9 Teams.
These teams are used for explosive detection
& deployed during various events;
Presidential campaigns, inaugurations,
international summits & securing venues.
Common breeds include German Shepherds
but most are Belgian Malinois 🐾🇺🇸🪖

WHEREVER THE PRESIDENT GOES,
Secret Service dogs will have cleared the way.
The pups live with their handlers & retire to their handlers.
Every visitor to the White House is screened by a dog.
Every vehicle that enters the White House complex
is searched by a dog.
The dogs have found explosive devices
but that’s never revealed because of OPSEC.
Secret Service dogs are among the top frequent fliers
of the canine world ✈️🐾🕶️

My Maggie Mae is a fantastic sniff dog. Anytime I am outside, she follows my footsteps perfectly from point 1 to points 2-3-4 with great precision. She is always checking up on me to see where I have travelled.

Shepherd for their Intelligence,
Bouvier des Ardennes for their quickness, alertness,
& Rottweiler for fearless, strong.
But my best chum has ONLY had Shepherds.
He's always spoken of their SPIRIT 🕊️

My daughter and her family gifted Maggie Mae to me the day after my Mama passed away. She was 8 weeks old. Her mama was a black and tan Shepherd and her father was solid white - beautiful big German Shepherd. She has amazing power, sweetness and will be 1 year old on July 5th. MM is my constant companion - which is why my daughter wanted me to have her.
