A two part process is easier for them to deny any connection.
Recently, I have been noting that 5G is completely useless as a communication tool (in our area particularly), flimsy, and patchy... so if that is not its actual function, what IS it there for...
I have also connected that I feel tired when in proximity to a 5G tower.
What better way to keep a population under control, than to keep them unmotivated and tired.
