I am at our local Credit Union. Love It!
As soon as $ is deposited, I have immediate access, unlike banks.
Mom and Dad moved their stuff after 50+ years at their bank.
The bank was doing things she didn't like, more fees...
She loves being at CU.
It took her about a month to transfer their stuff. Then she set up the direct deposits, auto pays...
I love them. They've been in our community 40+ years associated with our local universities, & community colleges... Always very supportive of our community. Money stays in our county building our county and communities.
It definitely makes our county stronger than a bank that sends its $ to Wall Street owners.
