That's what I have been saying for a long time they need to shut down the IRS as they are criminals and there needs to be an investigation done as the crimes are investigated.
If a thief has been caught stealing from people, they don't let them continue to steal until they've done an investigation they, arrest them and then do their investigation under suspicion of a crime, well the IRS has been under suspicion for a long time.
