Yrs ago I showed the local doctor a (partial) list of the natural organic holistic foods, powders etc, that I was using/consuming... he looked at it, pulled a face, then tossed it aside and said 'It's a list of poisons'... That was confirmation as far as I was concerned, that I knew (and or care) more about nutrition & natural health then he did...😉
