Great lists Laurie! Thanks! There are apps available like Bobby Approved that will alert folks to the bad stuff in products when you scan the bar code. I find it helpful, because remembering all the names of the bad stuff is hard. Limited ingredients is another thing I hone in on. If the ingredient list is long, I do not purchase. Unfortunately seed oils are in nearly everything. Hopefully soon RFK will get them out. 😇
