Limit or stop wearing sunglasses as much as possible. Wear a hat or visor instead if needed. Morning and evening sun is a good time to get outside without sunscreen or sunglasses to absorb some natural Vitamin D. A strong immune system is essential for good health and limiting the effects of illness. 😇 🌞
