Hi Janey. Any specific bill specifically to protect life and liberties of any specific culture, ethnicity, race, sex yada is in itself separatist. The context however could have been following the shooting at a synagogue and what was actually codified is not presented.

Jesus nor the apostles were jews only Judas. The jews are Edomites and not God's chosen. The White Race are the Israelites and the chosen people. Whom Jesus said He came for the lost house of Israel.
