Your honor, you’re clearly not enforcing nor picking up or arresting offenders of known federal laws so I’m most certainly not bothered about the possibility of you doing anything to enforce this minor traffic violation and if you do, my civil suit will be the least of your problems.

He is most likely involved in some aspect of illegal activities that have to do with money laundering, trafficking, or drug cartels. Otherwise, he is familiar with the law and federal law and would cooperate with ICE.
