If they had this and could treat and save people, why would it matter if we understood it ?
I can tell you that if a parent of a child or a husband, a wife or whomever thought they could say that child, wife, husband. They wouldn't care about how it worked, they'd just care that it worked..
I would question these motives of whoever is in control of that because someone in this world is dying at this very moment that could have been saved but your gonna let them die because you can't understand the technology.

People are still very influenced by the media and they would make something scary out of it and before we get the medbeds we have to acknowledge the extraterrestrials because it is their tech. What matters is that the alien story will shake all religion because they do not name the real history and the extraterrestrial races and then people will investigate and they will understand and accept this world and tech better because I come from a Muslim family but I am spiritual, my family does not want to deviate from their religion. They say that only humanity exists and thats it. Now I know in how my family will react to this tech they will believe all the lies of the media and make something Satanic or holographic robotic out of it and then people will be scared. I believe that we will go through all the conspiracy theories in phases and then we will return again and again and that until it reaches the entire masses.
