I am of the belief, that Amazon was created to make all business use it's platform removing the need for bricks and mortar shops. This woukd also include food shopping.

dictate how shopping was accomplished by creating processes to access goods, pay for goods, have goods delivered, that they control

ie you must have an RFID chip tied to your socual credit score, to shop on Amazon, which becomes the ONLY place to buy, checkmate - they control you.
