Fam I'm too young to be having chest pains but I think it's from anxiety... either way it's freaking me out and I'm here to ask for prayer plz 🙏 😓

You can try taking cayenne pepper. It’s good for the heart and circulatory system among other benefits, including anxiety. It’s been said to stop heart attacks. You can try starting with a 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper powder in a little water and drink it down. If you can hold it under your tongue briefly it will get into your bloodstream faster. Work your way up to a tsp. I take a dropper full of cayenne pepper tincture under my tongue before swallowing it every day. 🙏🏻❤️✝️
