Me as well, by taking that stand of a ‘hard no’, even though there has been communication with my Family, especially during my husband’s recent illness, it has all been through texting, we have not talked. Yet and still I was still reserved. The damage as mentioned, has touched every level of our relationships. Still heartbreaking but moving forward was never NOT an option, it was and still is survival….thriving, thank God.
