I would put #1 as Justice. If people are allowed to do whatever they want and they are not held accountable for their actions then that does impact the health of the people they harm or kill and those around them bc you live in constant fear. We are watching people still walking around publicly that made a bunch of money with premeditated murder during the pandemic. Who feels safe going to work knowing these types can do whatever they want and not just get away with it, but get celebrated and rewarded?

Most of them are free!
