It’s interesting how we never hear about her time in the Clinton administration. 3 times bin Laden was offered up to Clinton. 3 times Rice told Clinton to not bother with him. It’s unclear why anyone was interested in bin Laden before 9/11. But for some reason Pakistan and Sudan had him and thought the US wanted him as well.
