When I went to Arizona, I rarely saw a black person. Your perceptions depend on where you live. In 2023, the city of Atlanta's racial demographics were Black or African American (46.3%), White (38.3%), and Asian (4.94%). Smaller percentages include those identifying with two or more races (3.55%), Hispanic or Latino residents of any race (2.25%), and other racial groups. In Phoenix, Arizona, the largest ethnic groups are White (Non-Hispanic) at 41.3%, followed by Two+ (Hispanic) at 17.2%, White (Hispanic) at 12.4%, Other (Hispanic) at 11%, and Black or African American (Non-Hispanic) at 7.42%. Overall, 41.8% of Phoenix residents are Hispanic.
