They created a situation and now they are asking for a billion dollars to address the situation. They did it with HIV and covid, this is just the newest iteration to try and get their budget back. That money should go to supporting farmers to get their animals off these products which do not seem to be improving the health of most people and probably not the animals. If the data show worsening chronic health outcomes year after year after year then common sense says lets pause the upgrade of humanity and the forced evolution and see what is going on.
