She absolutely wrong. Yes, God is a loving God, but He is also a JUST God. Because of His love, He sent a way we can avoid hell, through His Son. We have a choice. But there is a penalty for our sin=hell. But we have a way out of that by accepting Jesus as our Savior and receive forgiveness for our sins. Hell is real and eternal, but so is Heaven. I choose forgiveness, salvation, and eternity in heaven with God.
