Kat, I could get in trouble for saying this, but I hate social security!
I'm sure you've heard this a gazillion times,
or maybe a bit less; anyway, we work our whole lives, have a portion of our paycheck sent to city, state and federal tax collection agencies, and pay all kinds of other taxes.
Then we retire and get measly peanuts upon which we are supposed to be Soooo happy, and some folks are not really able to survive.
Irony: every time I see SS as abbreviation for Social Security, my thought goes directly to Nazi SS, Germany, WW2.
It would be great if we had a "KID ROCK" for retires!

I think you are required to work at a job to get UBI. It's a supplement in addition to employment. There is a plan to assure work is available but not long hours or travel/commute involved. Also work in your country of origin required to claim.

The price of cars new and used to go up. Price of gas never decreased and I’m trying to get a 2 grandkids something for Easter, you can’t buy candy it’s full of poison and the toys are demonic & books mostly about witchcraft- I’ve spent $100 so far this is ridiculous / the toys aren’t even cool or fun 😔

For 2 decades, I worked 2 plus jobs to secure a roof over our heads. As a single mom, I would have never survived without the additional support of my parents who looked after my two children. I missed many of their school activities due to working demands. There is no amount of money that can restore those lost events. I am blessed now to have 8 great grandkids. Two boys (twins) born yesterday. I plan to spend as much time as possible to share the life and times of my great grandkids. I am thankful that God has brought me to this place. However, the evil beings that placed us in the place of extreme poverty should be held accountable.

wow Brandi. congrats to you for babies 7 and 8. what a blessing. you must have been a great momma with great grandma and grandpa back up . not an easy road but what blessings you have received as a result.. enjoy those little boys.. what a life they all have in front of them...God bless... i dont think i will see greats.. i have three kids with each one.. and none with a significant other for me to get excited about the possibility. oh well.. i will embrace others joys who have been so lucky.
